And I quote again from http://www.ideachampions.com/article_support.shtml:
During this time, I was sustained by one piece of inestimable good fortune. I had for a friend a man of immense and patient wisdom and a gentle but unyielding fortitude…I did not give in because he would not let me give in…
Mr. Wolfe so accurately described my relationships with my mentors and closest friends that I could not continue perusing the endless information made available to us by the internet without first bookmarking the site. I know the importance of support. I have put myself in situations in my life, for better or worse, in which support from my closest advisers and friends – my parents, Nicole, Dr. G, Mid, Mr. Leonard, TW, and Eric A – was the only thing allowing me to carry on about my business.
I can only imagine that life will bring me more of the same. Tough decisions are not limited to college life, and the hard work has only just begun. Now I must apply my passions to projects which have dollar values attached and which do not simply result in grades. I hope I am ready to send my best work out into the world for evaluation.
I will find out soon enough. I start my first job with Ernst & Young on January 5th, and I am simultaneously being pulled into the abyss that is know as authoring a book by my conscience. The question will now become: Can I deliver?
